We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered goods if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly.
Order Processing Time
The processing time for an order is different from the time it takes for the appropriate carrier to pick up the shipment from our fulfillment center and arrive at its destination. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process, depending on a variety of factors.

We start processing your order and sending it to the carrier as soon as you submit it, so we are unlikely to change or cancel your order. If your order has been fulfilled within the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to do so, and if the order is already in shipping, there is no way we can do.
